I searched but didn't find excactly what I am looking for.

1) in the middle is the "streaming" Led.  Is there just one LED?  It looks like a whole bunch in the shape of an inverted  "U".  Only the lower left is on.

2) what does a blinking network LED mean eactly?  Mine has been blinking continuosly for the last three weeks, since the last power outage.  Blinks about once a second.

Thanks :-)

The Network light on your Slingbox is blinking
t's normal for the lights on the front of the Slingbox to blink for a bit while your Slingbox is starting up. During this time, the Slingbox is getting an IP address (a unique network ID number) from your home router. If the lights continue to blink after this time, then your Slingbox didn't get an IP address from your home router.

Below are some troubleshooting steps that will help get you up and Slinging!

My Slingbox SOLO doesn't show up on the network and the Network light keeps flashing

It isn't that simple I fear but thanks for the info anyway :-)

The slingbox has been set up for a while and I don't think it used to blink the network LED in the beginning. Now the light blinks 24/7...365....and I am able to watch streaming TV just fine.

It isn't a problem...more of a question "will it ever stop blinking??" :-)

What about the "streaming" light(s) in the middle. Do more than one of those LED's light up or just the one in the lower left?

When you're connected to your Slingbox, only the one in the lower corner is an actual LED, even though they all look like they light up. What you're seeing there is normal behavior.

On the blinking network light, my Classic oftentimes exhibits this behavior, yet works just fine. Provided it works both in and out of network, then I would ignore the light. If its bugging you, you can try power cycling the unit or doing a factory restore and setting it back up again to try and get the light to stop blinking.
