I've just bought a SlingBox Pro, but haven't even gotten to use it yet.

 My problem is that just before installation completes, my computer either bluescreen's or restarts. After restart, it looks as if the software has been installed, but when starting it, it tells me to re-install the software.

 I've tried installing it several times now, with the same outcome each time. 

I tried searching these forums, but couldnt find anything describing this problem.

Btw, I use WinXP SP3.

I use the same XP version and it works fine. This is the first time I have heard of this problem. Might be a problem regirtesting DLLs or maybe some kind of anti virus conflict. If you can't get it working you may want to call Sling Media support.
