Whoa.. That's a new one to me. I'd call support and see what they say.
I'm having a few issues with my Slingbox Pro.
First off, I'm not getting any sound at all, either through my Composite or Component connections. I tested my audio outputs on my DVR and they work just fine. Just nothing comes out through the slingplayer. I've tried resetting, setting up and reseating the cables and nothing.
I used to use my composite connection all of the time. I just got HD Connect and now I'm having issues.
I have the latest US Slingplayer and US firmware.
When I connect through HD Connect (Component), my video is jacked up. It either cuts off the buttom of the screen and puts it on the top or it splits the screen into four sections. See attached photo.
