Doesn't sound like your isp is limiting your bandwidth....what modem are you using??
I have AT&T DSL, with a Speedstream 5100 modem. I also use the dlink 624 router, but both router and modem use 192.168.0.1, since this is a conflict, I had to put the router in bridged mode.

This may or may not help you...but I'm sure at this point your willing to try almost anything.

I have had a consistent remote viewing problem. I get a great connection and picture/audio for 5 minutes, Then eroor 0x93200005. If I restart Slingbox, 5 more minutes and then error. I have contacted Sling support. The tech remoted in to my home pc. Adjusted router (DHCP) and modified MTU on slingbox so I wasnt losing any packets. I was told that would be the fix. Once again I am remote and the same problem occurs. Contacted support again. Tech logs into my box and he gets the same error after 5 minutes. Now they tell me it could be my ISP limiting bandwidth. To address that I set the slingbox to lowest quality and lowered kbs to 200 (I usually get 420kbs). Same problem. If it was an ISP bandwidth issue, would lowering the kbs fix the problem? I use Bellsouth DSL in Orlando Florida. How do I find out if my bandwidth is restrcited? I use a dlink 624 router. I feel like Sling support is pushing this as an ISP issue beause they dont know how to fix this. This 5 minutes of remote viewing at a time just doesnt cut it. Thanks for any help.
