So I've contacted Technical Support and they were unable to get my Remote Viewing working.  I am currently using a Netgear WRT614 v7 router, and we had set up the Slingbox using various ports which did not work.  The Techie did a tracert and said something along the lines of IP Addresses 172 were private, and they need to be public and that is what is blocking it.  He said I should check with my ISP (Charter Communications) that port 8080 is open, so I called them up and they said it was open otherwise I would not be able to access the internet.

So now I'm kind of at a loss.  I ran the tracert again bypassing the router entirely (hooked up my computer to go directly to me cable modem), and it looked the exact same as when I went through the router, so I don't think it's a router issue.

Anyone have any further ideas how I can get Remote Viewing working?  Everything else works flawlessly.
