I have a need (related to a kid that wants to stay up too late), to stop the Slingbox from working after 10:00 PM. This is on my LAN within my home (no remote issues involved). I am able to use the Access Restriction policies within my Linksys router for this kind of control for everthing else (the XBOX, the PC in his room, etc.). However, when I create an access restriction policy for the MAC address of the Slingbox it has no effect at all.

In other words, I can stop any device on my LAN from getting out over the Internet except the Slingbox. I have turned UPnP off as well.

 Any ideas would be appreciated.

 Thanks,

Bernd
