Hello

Just wondered why the Solo can render Remote Viewing inactive spontaneously.

This has happened a few times in the past 6 weeks.

Also the Remote has regressed to a Generic type also spontaneously.

Thanks in anticipation of any help.

There are a lot of possible reasons why you might be kicked out of a session.

1. Your remote internet connection is gone.
2. Your local internet connection is gone.
3. The Power on your slingbox is gone.
4. Someone with admin rights logged into your slingbox.
5. Power at the slingbox location is gone.
6. ect ect..

More information is needed to determine what is the problem.

Also, you can set the remote type by clicking on the remote pull down on top of the remote. Select the type that corresponds to your Receiver.
