I have wireless Internet through an ISP that shoots the signal via air to a reciever on my rooftop. I have gone through Sling Support who could not figure our the connectivity problem. My router settings are correct and I have opened necessary port. Anyone out there know what the issue here is? I was told the problem is with my ISP, possible their hardware on the other end yet they say they don't know what I'm talking about. Any suggestions?
