Hi, I have a slingbox classic which has given up working after having worked perfectly for 9 months. Nothing has changed, so I'm a bit baffled as to what's happened.

The power light is on, but no other lights. I've done a reset and the 'n' flashes along with the network light for a little while but then goes out completely.

I've tried all the trouble shooting on the sling support sight but no luck.

When the box stopped working, the power light was on but was a lot less bright than it had been. I figured something was wrong with the power adapter so have bought another one. Now that's attached, the power light is back to full brightness, but still no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I have no answer becauseI have the same problem, except when I try the reset button, nothing happens.
I have tried all troubleshooting tips and had no luck.

Thanks

Sounds like a bad power supply. I had this happen to one of my classics. search the site for replacement power supplies.

Have a Sansa device or MP3 player, then check out The latest!

I've already replaced the power supply that plugs in to the wall, so the 'power' light on the slingbox is now shining as it should.

Do you mean somekind of power supply actually in the sling box itself?
