Um can you give us just a little more info? We can't help you unless you know what steps you have taken, what sort of network equipment you have, etc. This one line fragment of a sentence doesn't tell me anything useful about your problem.

Slinging with a SlingCatcher, a ProHD, a Pro, a Solo, an AV, and a Slingbox Classic. 3 Replay TV units, a Roku Photobridge and a Roku M2000 Soundbridge, an AppleTV, a Vudu, and digital cable. www.na9d.net

Although it is only one sentence, I think I'm having the same problem. In my house my slingbox runs great on my aspire laptop and my desktop but when I'm away on another network it won't run on the same laptop. It's plugged in to my Belkin 802.11 wireless g on a cable connection. Thanks

Go to your router and open up the port. Simple!

Well, if you've already opened the port and can't view, these are more questions:

1.) If the WAN IP on your router begins with the following numbers: 10, 192, 127, or 169 then your modem is also a router and we will need to do some things to get around what is called a "double NAT."

2.) Make sure you have enabled remote viewing on the Slingbox.

Great advice. Of course I will have to wait till I go to work tomorrow to test it. I enabled the UPNP on my router home page and learned a bit in the process. Thanks!

Oh ya, I went to preferences but didn't see where I can enable remote viewing for the slingbox.
