Look I didn't mean to cause all kind of issues for people. I got one.. the store was wrong. They know they were wrong. They Will not be selling anymore of them ahead of time. They have legal obligations to the Slingmedia to follow instructions. I won't say what store. I wanted to let people know the device looks to be pretty cool and that you should be excited to get it. I understand the FW running on the device may not be the release FW. I already get many products from companies to try out early for work (as it happens this device is for work too) so this isn't anything special to me. Please don't ask to buy mine, I am not going to sell it. It doesn't belong to me.

I only wanted to let people know that the device looks to be very cool. If you all want I will post my future findings with the device over the next week.

This is the most beautiful day of my life. I got my slingcatcher today. It's works very well ..... Don't be jealous. You must await only a week.

MegaZone - can you push out a firmware that disables slingcatchers until 10/9 - otherwise it's going to be a long week waiting and listening to how great they are
