A few days ago everything worked fine. Today I can't change channels. I've tried to change channels by using the remote and by clicking the channel on the TV guide. Neither work. Everything else looks great, picture and sound quality are same. Lucky me, it's stuck on ESPN!

I installed the Beta a month ago and it's been OK. This is something that just changed overnight. I'm away from home, so could my grandson have bumped the box? It's been sitting on top of my cable box for several years.

I sent an email to Sling but the reply was to 'move my IR Blaster." That doesn't help. I don't know what an IR Blaster is.

Thanks for any advice.

Your IR blaster is the thing that is connected to the back of your slingbox and emits an IR signal that lets you change the channel. If none of your buttons work, I would assume that your IR Blasters ( the black things that stick on the box) were moved somehow?
Im in the same boat, kinda. My remote doesnt work on my classic (never has!) but im stuck on espn as well! Lucky us!

You are correct. My daughter was at the house and my grandson discovered the IR blaster cables that looked like fun toys. She went back later and put them back, and everything is back to normal.
Now if the beta could just give me one full screen instead of four quarter screens, that would fix everything!
Thanks.
