If you cannot get an unlimited plan, running the Slingbox will not be a wise idea. The amount of data needed would be dependent upon your upload bandwidth back in England. If we assume an upload speed of 768kbps, it will take about 4 hours for 1 Gigabyte of data to be transferred. So for 20 hours, you are taking about 5 Gig. If your upload speeds are faster, then it would be more data for 20 hours.
You'll get a decent picture remotely for sure. The faster your upload speed the better. So the bottom line really is how fast is your upload in England and how many Gigabytes would you get per month in the RSA?
