I have been what is called an early adopter with Slingbox....but as time passes I become more and more disappointed with the company and support. I recently got a Sling AV and I have sent it overseas. The surprise was when I have found that a long list of receivers is not supported. I have tried to contact Sling support to see if some one can help me with the remote codes, but the only "support" I got from the tech, was " ....check the forums". Looking for an alternative I have found HAVA which has a much bigger list of receivers, and their support was fantastic in helping me with an updated list of new IR remotes. Also, from what I have read, Sony boxes can learn the codes of any remote and use them...I wonder, is the time to dump Sling ?
