I have a slingbox in the UK and I am in France, I just got a new network provider (Orange in France) and my slingplayer won't work. To start with it said there were issues at the slingbox end of things, so I got someone in the UK to ring up tech support and they said it now worked, but when I try and log on (from a MacBook) it just keeps asking me for a password, and won't accept any passwords (I have tried everything, as there are 4 possible options it could be). I looked on the Slingmedia website and it tells you what to do on a PC if this happens, but not a Mac. Does anyone have any ideas? i can contact tech support on Monday but I really want to watch the GP tomorrow, so any advice someone can give me now on how to make it work would be much appreciated (I am not asking to share someone's Slingbox before I get a generic warning, I'd just like mine to work).
