Hi all,

I'm new to the slingbox .  I have it set up and I have no problem connecting at home but when I'm away from  my house it won't work.  The remote comes up but while optimizing it states it can not communicate with my slingbox.  I tried the slingbox right before I left home and it worked.  Hours later it does not work away from home.  What do I need to change, adjust , fix?
