As I said in my post, these are all held centrally by SlingMedia. Their 'artists' have produced skins for the most popular remotes (TIVO, Sky...) but for many of the less popular remotes they just use a generic skin. Now when you run the setup and tell the Slingbox what A/V device you have installed it 'phones home' and downloads the appropriate codes for the remote and, if available, the right skin. So you have absolutely no control over this. In your case, either they have removed the skin (unlikely) or in the latest update they messed up the link between the device you entered and the correct skin. So all you can do is phone support and ask them to look for it. That will cost you $30 :-)
Personally I use the generic skins and custom remotes anyway as it allows me to change the button mapping to my specific requirements.
BTW, this is all purely guesswork as Slingmedia have steadfastly refused to answer any questions I have asked about working with Remotes.
