Treo 700w question....and Palm slingplayer?

I'm looking at getting a smartphone from verizon wireless, my choices are the 700p or 700w from palm and then the xv6700. I'd prefer the Treo but am a little worried about getting the slingplayer...

I love this technology, but I am wanting more. Anyone know if there are any plans for a software package for either a Palm PDA (Lifedrive specifically) or for the PSP? Just got the slingbox...
