PAL problem with NTSC Slingbox

I got an NTSC Slingbox AV from the United States. No problem with NTSC. In PAL However, i got the following picture. It looks like a deinterlacing problem to me but i may be wrong....

Any plan on supporting the various graphics accelerators embeded in the newest pocket PCs ? I got the Axim X51v and the picture from the slingplayer doesn't look good compared to the videos i play...

I would like to find out wether or not the Japanese SB has remote codes for the Uniden DT100-HDMI terestrial DTV receiver. The Yagi DTC-10 seems to be a perfect clone of the Uniden. Thanks...
