Other powerline adapters compatible with SlingLink Turbo??

I'm somewhat curious about this, as I just tried to add two Linksys PLEBR10 powerline adapters to my SlingLink Turbo config and no joy. I know these are good as I had the PLEBR10's working with Netgear XE102's. I've confirmed that the network name is the same. Thoughts?

Slinglink and wireless net work. Help!

I have a wireless network. Can I connect Slinglink with the slingbox and be able to connect on wireless or will I have to have a hardwire internet connection to make this work. I am new to Sling and I am finding out that I need slinglink since my TV and network connection are nowhere near each other. When I purchased slingbox solo the salesman told me I did not need anything more, although I explained to him that my tv and internet connection and computer were no where near each other. Can someone please help me out with this. Your help is greatly appreciated. Chuck

SlingLink TURBO distance/range?

Hi, I need to know the maximum signal range for the Slinglink Turbo in feet or meters? In other words, how much distance can I have between my two Slinglink Turbo routers? My DSL router is two floors down in my building from my television room, and that&acute;s why I want TURBO so I don&acute;t have to deal with that length of wiring. so my question is, will TURBO work in this long range?

How To Use Your Slingbox With HDMI Video Sources and Avoid HDCP Issues

<img align="right" hspace="10" src="http://www.slingcommunity.com/imagelib/contentitem/37461/f0f219158e118e83-415b797a-1234dd8b3af-4816-314584340.jpg">For some time now, using a Slingbox with an HDMI compatible video source such as the SA-8300HD DVR, did not allow you to use the HDMI output, which is usually the preferred A/V hookup to your HD Plasma or LCD. Due to HDCP restrictions, if the device on the other end of the HDMI cable is not turned on, the DVR will shut down its other video outputs and therefore send no video to the Slingbox. The only way to use the Slingbox and HDMI is to leave the TV turned on, hardly a practical solution. What is HDCP for? HDCP was put in place to prevent copying of protected shows, but the implementation on devices such as the SA-8300HD and TiVo DVRs is to shut down all video outputs unless the HDCP handshake is present. To solve this problem, there needs to be a way to return a correct HDCP handshake to the DVR, even if the TV is not powered on. The solution which I've tested consists of two components - a 1X2 HDMI splitter and an HDFury, which is a module that can convert HDMI to other video formats. The HDFury is the key as it is...

Slinglink Turbo 4port Blinking Power Light

My 4port Slinglink Turbo has stopped working. The 4 port switch half seems to be working fine, it's the other end that connects directly to my router that is having a problem. The power light blinks at a steady pace repeatedly. I have tried rebooting everything. I have left my router, modem, slink link (both halves) and the slingbox pro unplugged overnight. Then rebooted everything in the morning and it still continues to blink. I tried plugging them both into multiple outlets throghout the house and it still doesnt work. Any suggestions?
