With video out other apps such as Youtube produce vdieo and audio, sling only produces audio. I also tried the apple composite a/v cable. Neither the Apple tech nor the Sling tech knows why. The both said that their products is not cause the problem. They both said that the problem was the responsiblility of the other party. Any comments or suggestion. I have read the instructions on how to do this, but when I tap the unwanted to favorite nothing happens. I tryed deleting that app and re-installing but that didn't help as all the favorites I don't want remain. I don't know why the app would retain my favorites some place on the iphone where they don't get deleted but that seems to be what is happening. any help? It used to work flawlessly and I suspect it has stopped working since an upgrade from the appstore. I can still connect from my Mac slingplayer software but when I use my iphone app, on my device list. I got it set up and working and moved my slingbox AV over to it. I can watch via dish.sling.com as well as in the iPhone app. However, the integration between the DVR list in the iPhone Slingplayer and the slingbox is gone. Specifically, the "Watch on iPhone" button that used to be there when selecting a DVR event or from the guide is gone. I deleted the iPhone SP mobile app and reinstalled but that didn't help. Weird that I can watch on the iPhone if I go directly to the slingbox but I can't play anything directly from the SP mobile DVR list or guide. Any ideas how I can get the "watch on iPhone" button back?
