Traffic shaping will be the end of most ISPs. I hate to say it, but email and web browsing only would be pretty damn boring. I use alot more than that over the net.

Even if not a PVR, pause and rewind would be more useful than this. Without the requirement of a video capture card, the PVR would be very powerful. It would essentially be a ReplayTV/Tivo/BeyondTV killer!

Does this mean that some sort of TiVo rewind will be built in? I use the Tuner and I miss the ability to do an instant replay.
