i dont have the router... but what port are you using...the default 5001?? try a differnet port...make sure under port forwarding of the router you have that set right

what speed is your Internet....just curious...also..you are hard wiring it right??? Unplug your Slingbox...connect the Ethernet cable..plug it back in...if not work then...try to reset the slinbox.....while plugged in

well...make sure your router is setup for port forwarding,,,,,use 5001 for the default port...... make sure the IP you give the slingbox is within the range it is allowed

i setup 443 to work..... especially since other ports are blocked where i tend to be at...... but 443 is the bomb..watchin it now..makes the night go buy alot faster
